La Selva is an extremely varied region that is full of contrasts; like all of Catalonia, in fact, only here this is improved upon and increased. Its cuisine is not an exception. From the coast to the deep Guilleries forests and plains, our land forms a federation that produces every staple product; game, vegetables, cereals and poultry, cattle, mushrooms and berries.

duck with ‘salsafins’, goose with pears, pigs’ feet au gratin, partridge with cabbage, rabbit with samfaina (ratatouille), chicken with plums, snails roasted in the pan, mar i muntanya (surf and turf)...
